Wynsure Premium and Accounting functionality is powerful and typically exceeds what can be found in an external billing tool. This module can produce a bill using multiple billing types, modes, durations, and cycles. It also differentiates billed amounts, including premium and various types of surcharge (taxes and miscellaneous fees). Wynsure supports group and individual billing, too. Invoices can be presented in multiple formats and mediums (paper, e-mail, web, etc.) and payments can be made in multiple mediums (lockbox, check, ACH, EFT, credit card, etc.). Wynsure can process future and retroactive changes and will automatically make the appropriate billing adjustments. The sophisticated reconciliation capabilities can apply payments automatically based on rules pre-defined by users.

Wynsure supports flexible billing plans and allows clients to add their own billing plans. Billing features include the ability to bill and post payments in a batch, determine the rules for reconciliation (matching payments to bill lines), manage write-offs (including appropriate security), and re-bill. The sophisticated billing functionality even allows multiple financing plans per policy, allowing you maximum flexibility in managing your customers’ payment options.
