Support calls are prioritized based on business impact. Depending on the severity of the issue, we can have a technician onsite within 24 hours of a major business disruption.

In addition, we produce two major releases each year which include both technical and business enhancements. We guarantee that our solution will be compatible with all system customizations that have been implemented by our customers. We also ensure that Wynsure will be compatible with any new release of a supported operating system or database within six months of their release. In terms of new functionality, more than 80% of our enhancements come from client requests.
