Business Training

Our business training program is closely tied to our implementation approach. We feel it is critical to get hands on experience with the application in order to completely understand all of business processes.

A small group of carefully selected business users attend a two week classroom training where we review all of the application functionality. These users then get hands on experience with the solution by performing the acceptance testing with the support of our implementation team. This testing usually lasts for four to six weeks. This group of trained users then becomes the trainers for the rest of the user community.
